Key Responsibilities:
Handle SARFAESI amp; Section 138 legal processes at Head Office level.
Draft and issue Section 13(2) notices under the SARFAESI Act.
Support audits, NHB/RBI compliance, and other legal matters.
Manage litigation records, MIS, and reporting.
Work on Advanced Excel, Mail Merge, Provakil and EnCollect.
✅ Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in Section 13(2) notice drafting, MIS, and Excel.
