Hiring | Senior Finance Leadership Role | MumbaiWe are hiring for one of our clients for a senior finance leadership position based in Mumbai.Position: Director - FinanceLocation: Mumbai Experience: 20+ Years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) CTC: ₹80 LPA - ₹1 Cr. (Negotiable as per market standards)Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the overall Finance function and domain. • Drive financial planning, reporting, governance, controls and business finance initiatives. • Partner with senior leadership on strategic financial and business decisions. • Strengthen finance processes, systems and controls across the organization. • Work closely with the CFO, with the position being one level below the CFO.Ideal Profile:• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of relevant experience. • Strong experience in managing the complete Finance function. • Exposure to both Indian and global finance environments is preferred. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and strategic decision-making capabilities. • CA Rank Holder would be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
