Hiring: AVP - Transformation Projects | Transition Management We are looking for an experienced Transition Management professional with strong exposure to BFSI / Asset Management operations and global process transitions. Key Requirements: 12+ years of relevant experience in Transition / Transformation / Operations Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Process Transitions, Migrations and Capability Transfers Experience with Global Transitions / Location Strategy / Operating Model Strong understanding of Middle Office & Back Office processes Experience in Process Redesign and Operating Model changes Strong understanding of Transition Methodology, Governance, Risk & Control Checkpoints Ability to independently drive projects through complete execution cycles Strong Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication skills Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams Strong preference for candidates from Asset Management / Investment Management BFSI GCC candidates with relevant Asset Management exposure may also be considered This is an Individual Contributor role - strong project leadership and stakeholder influence are essential Mumbai preferred Important: We are specifically looking for a Transition Expert, not candidates with only generic Transformation, PMO, BA or Tech BA experience.
