🚨 HIRING | PROJECT MANAGER - INSURANCE DOMAIN ONLY We are hiring 1 Project Manager for a permanent, full-time opportunity with a reputed organization. 📍 Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai 🗓️ Working Days: 5 days | General Shift ⏳ Experience: 8-12 Years 📅 Notice Period: 30 Days / Serving Notice Period 🏢 Industry: IT 🛡️ Domain: Insurance - MANDATORY 🔴 MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Candidates will be considered only if they meet the following criteria: ✅ 8-12 years of overall experience ✅ Insurance domain experience - MANDATORY ✅ IT industry experience - COMPULSORY ✅ Proven experience managing end-to-end projects ✅ Experience managing teams of 5-15 members ✅ Direct customer/client communication - MUST ✅ Excellent English communication skills - MUST ✅ Experience in digital transformation / automation / legacy modernization projects ✅ Exposure to RPA - UiPath is preferred ✅ Experience with project documentation - Project Charter, Project Plan, Requirement Documents, Communication Plan, Test Plan, Release Plan, Technical Specifications, etc. ✅ Experience in SCRUM setup and ceremonies ✅ Experience handling support services / post-go-live L2-L3 support ✅ Exposure to infrastructure requirements ✅ Strong stakeholder, vendor and escalation management skills 📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through production release • Lead and manage teams of 5-15 members • Handle direct communication with customers and Product Owners • Prepare project status reports, dashboards and project documentation • Manage project costs, profitability and quality • Coordinate with vendors and partner resources • Manage post-go-live support services • Support estimation, requirement gathering, RFPs and solutioning • Drive digital transformation, automation and modernization initiatives • Handle escalations and ensure timely project delivery 🎯 IDEAL CANDIDATE We are specifically looking for a client-facing Project Manager from the IT industry with strong Insurance domain experience, excellent English communication skills and proven end-to-end project management exposure. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: ❌ Candidates without Insurance domain experience will NOT be considered. ❌ Candidates without IT industry experience will NOT be considered. ❌ Candidates without direct customer communication experience will NOT be considered. 📩 Interested candidates who meet ALL the mandatory criteria can DM their updated CV. #Hiring #ProjectManager #ProjectManagement #InsuranceJobs #ITJobs #Navi
