✅ Strong customer handling and business development skills
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
**For YPRM / YFRM / YFBRM / SM / BM Roles:**
✅ Relevant **banking experience** in the respective role/function
✅ Strong knowledge of banking products and processes
✅ Customer relationship and business development experience
✅ Ability to handle business targets and portfolio growth
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
