The mandate
▪️ Win and onboard new clients, contributing to annual new business targets
▪️ Own a portfolio of accounts, driving retention, upsell and cross-sell
▪️ Co-create client briefs and shared-IP opportunities
▪️ Build alliances with PR, marketing and creative agencies
▪️ Own revenue, margin and collections, with monthly performance dashboards
▪️ Mentor junior client servicing talent
The profile
▪️ 10-15 years in client servicing and new business development
▪️ Background in events, activations, advertising or allied marketing services
▪️ Proven record of client relationships and revenue growth
▪️ Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills
▪️ Comfortable owning the numbers, and ready to mentor a team
