A fast scaling, ₹750 Cr+ services organisation is entering its next big growth phase, active M&A, IPO readiness, and an ambitious topline target over the next two years. They're now looking for a Head Finance who wants to build that story from the front, not just report on it. 🏗️ 📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Mumbai 💰 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: ₹50 LPA+ with best in industry performance linked incentive 🤝 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲: Directly to the Managing Director and the Board. This is a strategic finance partner role at the highest table, not a function that reports upward through layers. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻: 🔹 Leading M&A end to end, from target screening to deal structuring and integration 🔹 Driving the IPO readiness journey with merchant bankers, regulators, and investors 🔹 Shaping the funding story across banking relationships, debt, and equity 🔹 Owning capital structure and business finance decisions that directly influence where the company goes next 🔹 Building and leading your own team across controllership, tax, audit, treasury, and FP&A 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗳: ✔️ You have 15 to 22 years of finance leadership experience, including CFO or Finance Controller level roles ✔️ You've run finance for a business with ₹750 Cr+ topline ✔️ You've led end to end M&A and been part of an IPO or advanced IPO readiness programme ✔️ You're a Chartered Accountant (CFA/MBA a plus), with high integrity and comfort in the boardroom ✔️ You come from services, asset light, or manpower intensive businesses ideally, though other industries are welcome 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: You won't be maintaining someone else's financial architecture. You'll be building it, with direct access to the Board and a real say in how the company scales.
