WE’RE HIRING | Strategic Business Unit (SBU) HEAD - WEALTH MANAGEMENT | MUMBAI Are you a Wealth Management / Stock Broking leader ready to build and own a business? We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Business Head to build and lead a new Wealth Advisory Strategic Business Unit (SBU) for a leading financial services firm in Mumbai. THIS IS MORE THAN A SALES LEADERSHIP ROLE. You will build the team, acquire HNI clients, drive revenue and own the SBU P&L from Day 1. WHAT YOU’LL OWN ▪️ Build & lead a team of 5-10 Financial Planning professionals ▪️ Drive HNI / Mass-Affluent client acquisition ▪️ Own complete SBU P&L - Revenue, Costs & Profitability ▪️ Build strong HNI & Corporate referral networks ▪️ Drive both personal & team sales ▪️ Leverage digital leads & corporate partnerships ▪️ Ensure strong client experience & quality financial planning WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✅ 7-12 years of BFSI experience ✅ Wealth Management / Stock Broking / PMS / RIA / Financial Advisory background ✅ Proven HNI / UHNI client acquisition track record ✅ 3+ years of sales team leadership ✅ Experience in Revenue & P&L ownership ✅ Strong HNI network in Mumbai ✅ Entrepreneurial “Build & Own” mindset ✅ NISM Series XA & XB - Mandatory THE OPPORTUNITY Team: Build 5-7 initially → Scale to 10 P&L: Ownership from Day 1 Reporting: Business Revenue Head Exposure: Direct interaction with Senior Leadership / CEO If you have the Wealth / Stock Broking experience + HNI network + leadership mindset to build a business from the ground up, this could be an interesting opportunity.
