We're Hiring! Designation: Manager - Costing & Budgeting We are looking for a Costing & Budgeting Manager to drive project cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for real estate developments. Location: Worli, Mumbai Experience: Minimum 5 years Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA What you'll do: ✅ Own project budgets, cost estimates & cash flow projections. ✅ Lead BOQ preparation, rate analysis & cost tracking. ✅ Monitor costs vs. budget and flag variances early. ✅ Work closely with design, procurement & site teams. ✅ Support tendering, contract costing & vendor negotiations. What we're looking for: ✅ B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering. ✅ 5-8 years in costing, budgeting, cost control, or quantity surveying ✅ Background in real estate, construction. ✅ Strong Excel skills; ERP/costing software exposure a plus Interested or know someone who fits?
