This is a business bet we are backing hard, and I'm personally driving this search. We need a Territory Sales Manager to lead the B2C sales team for this vertical. Mumbai based. Night shift. No exceptions. What this role demands: 📍 Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) 🌙 Shift: Night Shift (US Shift only) ⏱️ Availability: Immediate joiners only Who we are looking for: ✅ Pure B2C sales background only. B2B experience will not be considered. ✅ Currently working on a US process, night shift only. UK/afternoon shift (2 PM to 11 PM), day shift, or domestic (Indian) process experience will not be entertained. This is not negotiable given the nature of this business. ✅ Currently designated as Manager. Team Leaders looking to move up will not fit this role. ✅ Minimum 4+ years of pure managerial experience, having led sales teams end to end. ✅ Has handled a team size of 30 to 35 people at minimum. This is a large, high energy floor and needs someone who has done it before. ✅ Total experience between 8 to 11 years. Not more than 11. 🎯 Strong preference for candidates from EdTech or ed services companies running large, high volume B2C inside sales floors for international audiences.
