🚨 We Are Hiring | Vice President - Legal Recovery A leading Scheduled Commercial Bank is looking for an experienced legal professional to lead its Legal Recovery function for the Credit Card portfolio. 📍 Location: Mumbai 💼 Position: Vice President - Legal Recovery 💳 Product: Credit Card 🎓 Qualification: LLB / LLM 👔 Experience: 10+ years in Legal Recovery, preferably in Credit Card / Unsecured Assets Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Legal Recovery team • Drive legal recovery strategies and achieve recovery targets • Handle litigation and coordinate with external counsels/law firms • Ensure compliance with banking laws, RBI guidelines and applicable regulations • Identify and mitigate legal risks • Partner with Collections, Credit, Risk and Operations teams • Represent the organization before legal forums, wherever required • Improve recovery processes and reduce turnaround time Key Skills Required: ✔ Strong knowledge of Banking Laws, SARFAESI, DRT and Consumer Protection Act ✔ Strong expertise in Legal Recovery ✔ Leadership and team management skills ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✔ Strong stakeholder management ✔ Analytical and problem-solving abilities 📩 Interested candidates can DM me roshni@apextalent.in or share their profile with me.
