HIRING | SENIOR MANAGER - RETAIL APPLICATION 📍 Location: Mumbai - Andheri East 💼 Experience: 10+ Years 🏢 Industry: Retail We are looking for an experienced Retail Technology professional to lead the end-to-end Retail Application & Store Technology landscape across PAN India. 🔹 Key Areas of Expertise • Retail POS & Store Systems • Inventory Management & Auto Replenishment • Omnichannel Retail Technology • Retail IT Helpdesk & Service Management • Reporting & Analytics • Enterprise Integrations, APIs & Middleware • ERP, CRM, Ecommerce, Supply Chain & Payment Integrations • Vendor & Stakeholder Management • Retail Technology Projects & New Store Rollouts • Team Leadership & People Management. 🔹 Ideal Candidate ✔️ 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Retail Technology leadership ✔️ Strong understanding of end-to-end retail POS processes and store operations ✔️ Experience managing large-scale, multi-location retail environments ✔️ Strong stakeholder, project and vendor management skills ✔️ Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills ✔️ Experience with Ginesys POS, Oracle POS Xstore or Vinculum E-Retail OMS will be an advantage. 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related discipline.
