LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY | BUSINESS HEAD - PHARMA We are looking for a business head - Pharma & Consumer Healthcare - to lead a significant business and drive its next phase of growth, profitability and market leadership. This is a full-fledged business leadership mandate - with end-to-end P&L ownership, responsibility for the commercial strategy, sales & distribution, market expansion and building a high-performing organisation. 🎯 What will you lead? ▪️ Own the business P&L and overall commercial performance ▪️ Define and execute the growth and go-to-market strategy ▪️ Drive revenue, profitability and market-share expansion ▪️ Expand the sales, distribution and channel network ▪️ Strengthen presence across existing and emerging markets ▪️ Build and lead a large, high-performance sales organisation ▪️ Drive commercial excellence, productivity and execution ▪️ Build strategic relationships across the healthcare ecosystem 👤 Who are we looking for? We would be keen to connect with senior leaders currently working as Business Head | P&L Head | Sales Head | National Sales Head | VP - Sales | Commercial Head | BU Head | Senior Pharma / Consumer Healthcare Leader Ideal candidates would have: ✔ 18-25+ years of experience in Pharma / Consumer Healthcare / OTC / Healthcare / Wellness / Nutraceuticals ✔ Proven experience of owning a sizeable business with end-to-end P&L responsibility ✔ Strong track record of delivering business growth, profitability and market expansion ✔ Deep expertise across sales, distribution, GTM, business development and commercial strategy ✔ Experience managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams ✔ Strong understanding of the Indian Pharma / Consumer Healthcare market and distribution ecosystem 🌟 We are particularly interested in leaders from: Pharmaceuticals | Consumer Healthcare | OTC | Branded Medicines | Generic Medicines | Ayurvedic | Nutraceuticals | Wellness | Healthcare | FMCG Importantly, we are open to strong consumer healthcare / OTC / FMCG leaders who have successfully managed sizeable businesses and P&Ls - even if their experience is not limited to traditional pharma. 📍 Location: Mumbai / Delhi This is an opportunity to own a meaningful business, shape the commercial agenda and create the next growth chapter of an established organisation.
