🚨 Hiring Alert | Business Head - Affordable Segment | Mumbai We are hiring a Business Head - Affordable Segment for a leading bank to lead and scale its Affordable Home Loans & SMLAP business. This is a senior leadership opportunity with end-to-end ownership of building and scaling a profitable Affordable Lending business, including business growth, profitability, distribution, portfolio quality, risk management and large-scale team leadership. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute the national sales strategy for Affordable Home Loans & SMLAP • Drive disbursements, sanctions, portfolio growth, market share, revenue and profitability • Build and expand sourcing channels including Open Market, Builders, DST, DSA/Connectors and Strategic Alliances • Lead large, multi-geography sales teams and build a strong leadership pipeline • Identify growth opportunities across semi-urban and underserved markets • Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Product, Operations and Collections teams to drive sustainable growth • Own portfolio quality, delinquency control, collection efficiency and risk metrics • Drive business governance, regulatory compliance, analytics and cost efficiency 🎯 Ideal Candidate: • 20+ years of experience in Retail Assets • Strong exposure to Affordable Home Loans, LAP/SMLAP, Mortgage Business, Branch Banking Sales or Third-Party Distribution • Proven track record of managing large, multi-geography sales organizations • Strong understanding of affordable customer segments and informal income assessment methodologies • Experience partnering with Credit, Risk and Policy functions • Strong leadership, analytical, communication and negotiation skills 📍 Location: Mumbai 💼 Level: SVP-II 🎓 Education: Graduate degree mandatory; MBA/PGDM preferred If you are an experienced Affordable Lending / Mortgage Business Leader looking for your next senior leadership opportunity, or know someone who could be a strong fit, I would be happy to connect. 📩 Interested candidates can share their profiles at Bahubali@apextalent.in Only send your CV on the given email.
