Cybersecurity Product Manager

Team Computers is looking for a strategic, business-savvy Cybersecurity Product Manager in Bangalore who excels at the intersection of technical security innovation and enterprise go-to-market execution. In this high-impact role, you won't just build security products-you will drive business growth by collaborating closely with leading global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), technology alliance partners, and system integrators. You will lead joint integration roadmaps, bundle enterprise offerings, and build commercially scalable security solutions. What You’ll Do 1. OEM Alliance & Product Strategy: Own the end-to-end product strategy for OEM-integrated security offerings, co-developing product roadmaps with global hardware and software OEM partners. 2. Commercialization & Monetization: Define revenue-share models, joint licensing structures, white-label frameworks, and GTM strategy to maximize market reach through OEM channels. 3. Technical Integration & PRDs: Translate complex OEM technical specifications and security standards into detailed PRDs, API integration workflows, and developer requirements. 4. Ecosystem Engagement: Act as the strategic product liaison between engineering leadership, OEM technical alliances, executive stakeholders, and CISOs. 5. Market Intelligence & Compliance: Monitor global threat vectors, OEM hardware/software ecosystems, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., CERT-In, ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDP) to ensure solutions remain market-leading. What We’re Looking For 1. Track Record: 5+ years in product management within Cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, Cloud Security, Hardware Security, or Enterprise Networking. 2. OEM Business Exposure: Must-have experience working directly with OEMs, technology alliance partners, or global distribution channels (co-building, embedding, or bundling security suites). 3. Technical Breadth: Strong grasp of core security constructs-Zero Trust, Endpoint Protection (EDR/XDR), Identity (IAM/PAM), IoT Security, or Hardware Security Modules (HSM/TPM). 4. Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated mastery of unit economics, contract negotiations, joint GTM execution, and revenue-driving partnership models.
