If you have strong Travel Operations + GDS expertise and hands-on experience with Amadeus & Galileo, this opportunity is for you! 💼 Position Details 🏷 Role: Team Lead - Travel Process 📍 Location: Thane, Maharashtra 🧑‍💼 Experience: 4-8 Years in Travel Operations CTC - 7.5 Lpa 🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts, including Night Shifts 💼 Employment: Full-Time 🎯 Mandatory Requirements ✅ 4+ years of Travel Operations experience ✅ 1-2+ years as Team Lead / Supervisor ✅ Amadeus & Galileo GDS - Mandatory ✅ Flight reservations & ticketing experience ✅ Reissues, refunds & itinerary management ✅ Strong team handling & people management skills ✅ Excellent verbal & written communication ✅ Good knowledge of Excel & operational reporting ✅ Comfortable working rotational & night shifts ✅ Willingness to work from Thane 📋 Key Responsibilities 🔹 Lead, coach and motivate a team of travel consultants 🔹 Monitor daily workflow, productivity, SLAs and quality 🔹 Handle customer escalations and complex travel issues 🔹 Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions and performance reviews 🔹 Prepare and analyze productivity & quality reports 🔹 Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients 🔹 Support hiring, onboarding and training activities 🔹 Identify opportunities for process improvement 🔹 Ensure seamless 24×7 operational coverage ⭐ Preferred Experience ✨ International Travel Process ✨ Airline Fare Rules & Travel Regulations ✨ BPO / TMC / Travel Operations experience ✨ Client-facing experience ✨ Quality Management & Process Improvement 🚨 Important Amadeus + Galileo hands-on experience is mandatory.
