🚨 WE'RE URGENTLY HIRING! 🚨 🚢 EXIM Manager 📍 Location: Mumbai / Thane (New Mumbai Candidates Preferred) 💼 Experience: 5+ Years in Import Customs Clearance 💰 Compensation: Competitive Market Salary + Performance Bonus + Benefits 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Handle end-to-end import/export customs clearance ensuring full compliance with IGCR and BIS certification requirements. 🔹 Prepare and manage all import/export documentation including commercial documents, LC shipments, and related paperwork. 🔹 Ensure all electronic products and components meet BIS standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. 🔹 Negotiate with freight forwarders and CHA (Custom House Agents) to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. 🔹 Manage SKD/CKD material imports and ensure accurate documentation and clearance. 🔹 Lead, mentor, and manage the EXIM team to drive operational efficiency and compliance. 🔹 Coordinate with internal departments - Procurement, Logistics, Finance - for smooth and uninterrupted operations. 🔹 Handle regulatory filings and ensure compliance with SIMS, PIMS, WPC certification requirements. 🔹 Monitor and resolve customs-related issues, delays, or escalations proactively. 🔹 Track shipment schedules and ensure timely clearance at ports. ✅ Candidate Profile: ✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in import customs clearance - mandatory. ✔ Hands-on experience in handling SKD / CKD materials and related import documentation. ✔ In-depth knowledge of IGCR, SIMS, PIMS, BIS, and WPC certifications. ✔ Proven experience in the e-commerce or electronics industry (small appliances and components preferred). ✔ Strong experience working with or in CHA (Custom Clearing Agencies) is a strong advantage. ✔ Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. ✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field. ✔ Local candidates from New Mumbai will be given priority. 🎁 What We Offer: ✨ Competitive market salary with attractive performance bonus. ✨ Comprehensive benefits package. ✨ High-impact leadership role with end-to-end EXIM ownership. ✨ Opportunity to work in the fast-growing e-commerce and electronics sector. ✨ Professional growth in a dynamic and results-oriented environment. 📩 Apply Now!
