🚨 SENIOR LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY | GENERAL MANAGER - TALENT ACQUISITION (GLOBAL LEADERSHIP HIRING) We are looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional to join our Global HR function and lead the identification, assessment and hiring of senior leadership talent across our international businesses. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who understands both the executive search ecosystem and the talent landscape of complex industrial businesses. 📍 Location: Mumbai 🎯 Experience: 15+ years ⚡ Immediate joiners preferred 🔹 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking professionals with a strong combination of: ▪️ Experience with a leading Executive Search / Leadership Advisory firm, with exposure to senior and CXO-level mandates ▪️ Proven in-house Talent Acquisition experience in Manufacturing, Mining, Metals, Steel, Infrastructure or other large industrial sectors ▪️ Strong track record of successfully hiring CXO, Director, Business Head and other senior leadership positions ▪️ Experience in managing complex leadership hiring mandates across global geographies ▪️ Deep understanding of talent markets and leadership talent pools within the Manufacturing, Mining and Metals ecosystem ▪️ Strong executive stakeholder management and the ability to work closely with senior business and functional leaders ▪️ Excellent assessment, market mapping, sourcing and relationship-building capabilities This role will play a critical part in building the leadership talent pipeline for our growing global operations and supporting the organization in attracting exceptional leaders across geographies and businesses. 🔹 WHO SHOULD APPLY?
