We're seeking a skilled professional with strong ETL development and support experience to join our growing team in Mumbai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Gather business requirements and document the scope of work for business sign-off. Design and develop ODI Packages, Mappings, and Load Plans based on business requirements. Perform impact analysis for change requests against approved Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to failed ODI jobs and ensure smooth ETL execution. Provide support during Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to ensure zero impact on scheduled jobs. Monitor and optimize the performance of scheduled ODI jobs. Coordinate monthly and quarterly review meetings with stakeholders. Maintain ETL trackers for BRDs, Change Requests (CRs), Bugs, and reported issues for analysis and reporting. 🔹 Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) development. Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, ODI Packages, Mappings, and Load Plans. Experience in requirement gathering and business analysis. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of ODI jobs. Knowledge of Change Management, Incident Management, and Release processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
