### 🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ _Lead Production Support_ for Simplify360 SaaS platforms ensuring high availability and performance.
✅ _Manage DevOps Pipeline_ including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments on AWS/Azure.
✅ _Troubleshoot and Resolve_ critical production incidents, bugs, and performance issues across Full Stack applications.
✅ Handle _Infrastructure Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting_ using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog.
✅ Work on _Backend and Frontend_ using Java, Node.js, React, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
✅ Automate deployments, scaling, and recovery processes to minimize downtime.
✅ Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams for RCA, releases, and hotfixes.
✅ Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices for code quality, security, and reliability.

### ⭐ Ideal Candidate
✔️ 6+ years experience with 2+ years in _Tech Lead or Production Support Lead_ role.
✔️ Strong expertise in _DevOps tools_: Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
✔️ Full Stack experience in _Java/Node.js + React/Angular + SQL/NoSQL_.
✔️ Hands-on with _Cloud Platforms_: AWS, Azure, or GCP and Linux administration.
✔️ Experience with _Incident Management, On-call rotations, and SLA adherence_.
✔️ Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
✔️ Available to work _Onsite in Thane West, Mumbai_.
