The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, driving account growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with B2B clients and key stakeholders. Understand client business objectives and develop effective digital marketing solutions. Drive client retention, engagement, and account growth. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Monitor campaign performance and communicate insights to clients. Prepare client presentations, reports, and business reviews. Build long-term relationships with advertisers and marketing decision-makers. Requirements 4-7 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or Relationship Management. Experience in AdTech, digital marketing, media, advertising, or an agency environment. Strong B2B client management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects. Strong understanding of digital advertising and marketing solutions.
