Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and acquire new customers across Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, Shipping, and 3PL sectors. Drive business development for Air, Sea, and Land freight services. Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts. Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and closures. Collaborate with Operations and Pricing teams to deliver customized customer solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates. Candidate Profile 5-10 years of proven B2B sales experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, Shipping, Transportation, or 3PL. Strong industry network and customer relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
