We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment reports. Partner with department heads on workforce planning. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. 🔹 Requirements ✅ 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. ✅ Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. ✅ Experience in the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain industry is preferred. ✅ Candidates with recruitment experience for Freight Forwarding companies are encouraged to apply. ✅ Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms. ✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. ✅ Ability to manage multiple open positions efficiently. ✅ Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred. 🌟 What We Offer Opportunity to work with a reputed organization .
