✔ Process Excellence & Business Re-engineering
✔ Automation & Cost Optimization
✔ Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
✔ Customer Experience & Service Delivery
✔ Leadership Development & Cross-functional Collaboration
Desired Profile:
✅ 15+ years of leadership experience in the Indian Home Loan/Mortgage industry
✅ Strong expertise in Operations, Technology, Process Transformation & Business Strategy
✅ Proven ability to lead large teams and manage senior stakeholders
✅ Track record of driving operational efficiency, automation and scalable business growth
✅ MBA/MS or equivalent qualification preferred
