𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁 | 𝗠𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗶 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Community Host 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Lower Parel /BKC / Andheri, Mumbai 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2 - 3 Years 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆: Coworking Space / Workspace Solutions / Facilities Management 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: On-Site 𝗖𝗧𝗖: Up to ₹6 LPA 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Manage front desk operations and visitor management. • Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, couriers and correspondence. • Ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations, housekeeping, pantry and facility management. • Maintain workplace hygiene, safety, security and service standards. • Manage inventory of office supplies, pantry items and housekeeping materials. • Support member onboarding, check-in/check-out and customer service requests. • Coordinate meeting room bookings and member engagement activities. • Plan and execute community events, promotions and networking activities. • Design newsletters, event communications and internal creatives. • Coordinate with vendors, negotiate services and monitor AMC deliverables. • Maintain operational records, tracking sheets and documentation.
