The role requires strong leadership capabilities, hiring strategy expertise, and experience managing large-scale recruitment operations in dynamic corporate environments. Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and hiring operations Manage recruitment teams and drive hiring performance across business verticals Partner with leadership teams to understand workforce planning and talent requirements Develop recruitment strategies for leadership, technical, and business hiring needs Monitor hiring metrics, recruitment pipelines, and team productivity Ensure timely closure of critical and high-volume positions Improve recruitment processes, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience Drive stakeholder engagement and workforce planning discussions Manage vendor coordination and external recruitment partnerships when required Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, hiring standards, and operational processes Skills & Qualifications :- Extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership roles Strong understanding of workforce planning and hiring strategy development Proven experience managing recruitment teams and large-scale hiring operations Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making capabilities Experience handling senior-level and niche hiring requirements Ability to work in fast-paced and target-driven environments Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in corporate, consulting, or technology hiring environments preferred Application Process :- Comment “Interested + Notice Period” or apply via LinkedIn / job portal.
