🚀 Urgently Hiring | Recruitment Specialist 📍 Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Onsite) Position: Recruitment Specialist Experience: 2-3 Years Qualification: B.Com or Bachelor's Degree in a related field Location: Andheri, Mumbai Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays Office Timings: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and recruitment consultancies. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring records. Follow up with candidates on interview feedback, documentation, offer rollout, and joining formalities. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements. Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants. Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined hiring timelines. Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates for management. Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process . Required Skills 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
