Procurement & Quality Executive

We are looking to fill in the following posts urgently. PROCUREMENT & QUALITY EXECUTIVE: Looking for a sharp FMCG professional who can own procurement AND quality control - someone who negotiates hard but never compromises on standards. Location: Mumbai Experience: 3-8 years (FMCG background mandatory) CTC: ₹8-12 LPA + perks What you'll own: ✓ Sourcing & vendor negotiation for raw materials and packaging ✓ End-to-end PO management and rate contracts ✓ Driving cost-saving initiatives without cutting corners ✓ Setting up and enforcing incoming QC checks ✓ Coordinating batch testing with NABL-accredited labs ✓ Maintaining QC documentation - spec sheets, test reports, NC logs ✓ Ensuring FSSAI and regulatory compliance ✓ Cross-functional coordination with production & warehouse teams What we're looking for: ✓ 3-8 years in procurement (QC exposure a strong plus), FMCG only ✓ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills ✓ Understanding of quality/testing protocols for food/FMCG ✓Excel proficiency; ERP experience preferred ✓Based in Mumbai or open to relocating SCM & OPERATIONS MANAGER: Looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain professional who can keep our operations running tight , from warehouse to last-mile, with zero chaos. Location: Mumbai Experience: 3-8 years CTC: ₹7-10 LPA + perks What you'll own: ✓ End-to-end order fulfillment - from order booking to dispatch ✓Inventory planning and stock reconciliation across warehouses ✓ Coordinating with logistics partners for timely, cost-effective deliveries ✓ Managing warehouse operations - inbound/outbound, storage, stock accuracy ✓ Tracking OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) metrics and resolving bottlenecks ✓ Vendor & 3PL coordination for transportation and warehousing ✓ Maintaining SCM MIS/dashboards - stock levels, dispatch reports, TAT tracking ✓ Working closely with sales, procurement, and production for demand-supply alignment ✓ Driving process improvements to reduce lead time and logistics costs What we're looking for: ✓ 3-8 years in supply chain/SCM operations, FMCG/D2C background preferred ✓ Strong coordination and problem-solving skills - able to firefight and plan ahead ✓ Working knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes ✓ Proficiency in Excel; ERP/WMS exposure preferred ✓ Based in Mumbai or open to relocating If you've got the hustle to chase the best deal and the discipline , grow with an ambitious startup, we will be keen to talk to you!
