We are looking for a highly driven Conference Producer who can create compelling conference agendas, engage industry leaders, and build impactful content experiences that drive delegate engagement and sponsor value. 🎯 Role Purpose Own the conference content strategy, agenda design, speaker curation, and thought leadership architecture for AI Summits, Leadership Forums, and industry-focused CXO conferences. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ✅ Conference Content & Strategy * Design high-impact conference themes and agendas. * Develop sector-specific content tracks across AI, BFSI, GCC, Healthcare, HR, Manufacturing, and emerging industries. * Conduct market research to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities. ✅ Speaker Acquisition & Management * Identify, engage, and onboard CXO speakers, policymakers, industry experts, and thought leaders. * Conduct speaker briefing sessions and moderator preparation calls. * Build long-term relationships with industry influencers and key stakeholders. ✅ Sponsor & Stakeholder Engagement * Create sponsor-integrated content opportunities while maintaining editorial integrity. * Collaborate with commercial teams to align conference content with sponsor objectives and delegate interests. ✅ Knowledge & Thought Leadership * Ensure agenda relevance aligned with current market trends and business priorities. * Develop post-event knowledge assets including reports, whitepapers, industry insights, and content summaries. 🎯 Desired Candidate Profile ✔️ 3-7 years of experience in Conference Production, Content Strategy, B2B Events, Research, or Thought Leadership. ✔️ Strong expertise in agenda design, conference content development, and speaker acquisition. ✔️ Excellent research, storytelling, stakeholder management, and networking skills. ✔️ Understanding of AI, Digital Transformation, Emerging Technologies, and Executive Leadership topics. ✔️ Experience engaging CXOs, policymakers, industry associations, and corporate leaders. ✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills. 📌 Success Metrics * Quality and diversity of CXO speakers * Agenda relevance and delegate feedback scores * Session engagement and audience participation * Sponsor sati
