This includes building and nurturing relationships with senior technology and business leaders while increasing participation in conferences, executive roundtables, industry awards and accolades, podcasts, matchmaking programs, editorial initiatives, research projects, and the Accolade program. The role will focus on developing a highly engaged digital infrastructure community comprising enterprise leaders, cloud providers, data center operators, telecom companies, investors, policymakers, and technology solution providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing participation from key industry stakeholders, ensuring strong attendance, meaningful interactions, and year-round community engagement across the Audience Growth & Community DevelopmentDrive audience engagement and community-building initiatives across all ProductsDevelop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makersExpand and maintain a qualified database of industry professionals and decision-makers.Build year-round engagement programs that strengthen Industry Participation & EngagementSecure participation and confirmations for:Industry Awards & AccoladesPodcasts & Editorial InterviewsBusiness Matchmaking ProgramsResearch & Industry Benchmarking InitiativesExecutive RoundtablesEngage industry leaders to contribute as speakers, panelists, advisory committee members, award nominees, podcast guests, and thought leaders.Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for deeper engagement across multiple Matchmaking & Relationship ManagementFacilitate meaningful connections between enterprise leaders, technology providers, investors, and ecosystem partners.Support sponsor and partner engagement through curated business matchmaking opportunities.Ensure delegates and community members derive maximum value from their engagement with w.media events and media productsOutreach & Engagement CampaignsExecute outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, telephone, industry associations, and professional networks.Support audience acquisition and engagement campaigns before, during, and after events.Drive community participation through targeted engagement strategies and personalized relations
