Rider & Field Recruitment: Actively lead, optimize, and scale the onboarding and recruitment of delivery executives to keep hub operations running smoothly. Performance Tracking: Maintain daily attendance, operational performance, and hiring trackers to ensure complete accuracy. Team Leadership: Manage ground-level execution, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and guide your field team effectively. 🎯 Who We Are Looking For: Proven experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Last-Mile Delivery management. Strong hands-on experience or capabilities in field recruitment / rider onboarding for quick-commerce or e-commerce platforms. Excellent coordination skills, ground-level problem-solving ability, and data tracking habits (Google Sheets/Excel).
